Assess:
In this phase, we perform an assessment of your existing Messaging Architecture and validate if the existing hardware can be reused for this upgrade/migration process. We also review your requirements in terms of technical and business's strategic goals and objectives.

Design:
In this critical phase, we generate many important documents that will be used as guidelines for planning and implementing the project. We will design a comprehensive Messaging Architecture that meets and exceeds your expectations.
The Design Document will include the entire messaging architecture, enterprise archival and retention strategy, backup and restore plans, Unified Communications and all other related technologies mandated by your organization's functional requirements.
Plan:
After the customer approves the Design documents, we move to the planning phase. During this phase, the Design and Architecture documents are reviewed with the customer to develop the following planning documents:
- Detailed Project Management Plan with scheduled activities and Resource requirement.
- Stakeholders communication plan with proposed downtime schedule, if any…
- Milestone development
- Implementation Plan
Implement:
In this phase all our Plans are put into action. We acquire the project team and the actual implementation/Migration activities are performed as per the Project Management Plan. Most of these tasks are performed after office hours or during weekends to minimize the impacts on your business activities.
The Implementation tasks can be performed by your internal resources with our supervision and oversight or can be completely handled by our experienced technical team.
